Inside the wonderful National Palace Of Culture Park there is the memorial to the troops of the First Sofia Infantry Regiments.
It's a memorial, a beautifully sculptured lion, the symbol of Bulgaria, and an inscription in both Bulgarian and English outlining the reason the memorial is here.
