This place may have single-handedly solidified my love for Copenhagen during my first 12 hour visit. It happened to be very close to our Copenhagen office for work, so I walked in to discover something I didn't even know I had been missing my whole life. Bubble waffles are fluffy light wonderful carby vessels to hold copious amounts of ice cream topped with anything you want! It's what dreams are made of.
