Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan - Polarsteps

Arrived in Bishkek with Bert at a place of some very famous Dutch overlanders who are already 16 years in the road. Coen and Karin-Marijke who travel slow and are working on their 4x4 now to keep it running (no photos yet but k at their website if you're interested: https://landcruisingadventure.com). We feel very welcome and have a nice evening. Next day we stroll around Bishkek, visit the Osh bazaar to get some groceries for a dinner which we'll put up for our hosts. It's a real nice buzz at the market and I got myself a headscarf for Iran already, keeping hopes high. The bikes are still in Almaty waiting for refreshments which are partly on their way more...... We degraded to backpacker tramps now and will go to the mountains for the weekend.
