Had a nice break at Bibi Fatima hotsprings, got refreshed and had enough energy to ride through the whole valley which villages are real oasis in this height desert. We checked in a homestay with a lovely family and had a nice chat with a tourist driver in our best Russian. His tourists are five days in Afghanistan which is just across the river.
