Tbilisi, Georgia - Polarsteps

Ha! We made it to Tblisi! Another milestone and the bikes are still happy too. We spoil them with new oil and a new set of sprockets and chain. The first 13 kilometer over the border was a very muddy road so they also had a bath and look shiny and happy again. Tblisi is a very nice, vibrant city. It has a bit of a Parisian feel, but then in the 80's with some Soviet sauce. We visit Fabrica, a hipster Paradise for the rich kids here, stroll around the city, eat Georgian food en drink wine. Later we find a more genuine, creative place with some familiar weirdos. Not bad to hang around for some days and make new plans. We have this funny feeling we're almost home which we can't shake off.....
