Right now, I am in Puerto Viejo. It's a small but extremely cozy town with a lot of music and activities. There are a lot of booths with different kind of foods, mostly traditional Caribbean dishes. I ate jerk sweet potato & black bean curry. It was mouth watering delicious! It was also to be honest the only vegetarian dish I could find. When I am home again I will cook this dish for Mama! It's amazing!!
