Today was a busy day! Did a full tour of Minca and got to spend time in the waterfall in the Ear of Minca. Learnt how coffee beans were made and got to try the fruit of the coffee bean. Learnt about the local wildlife and got to try making our own chocolate which was so tasty. Got to try the cacao beans in all stages when being prepared for chocolate. Then spent the evening with a lovely couple and drank with the locals
