Collier County, United States - Polarsteps
Everybody knows that the Everglades is a swamp, but not many know that it is a slow moving river covering more than 1,5 million acres. The system starts in the Kissimmee river (underneath Orlando) and moves southwards to Florida Bay in a very slow pace.
There are over 200,000 alligators in the Everglades, but none will eat humans. They can attack humans if they feel threatend or to defend their territory, but they mainly eat fish, turtles, snakes and birds.
