Innisfail, Australia - Polarsteps

After 4,5 months living in Cairns it's time to start a new chapter. Me, Lauren and Dan checked-in today at a working hostel, here in Innisfail, where we will do our 3 months farm work to apply for a second working holiday visa. In these 3 months, I will be working on a banana farm, carrying banana bunches (45-75 KG) from the tree to the trailer, on my shoulder/back. Hard labour with some dangers (venomous snakes, spiders, bats and rats). One particular snake gives you 30 minutes to get the antidote, otherwise it's game over.... Sounds like paradise, right?? 😁
