Rapel, Chile - Polarsteps

We had a really late start today, fully enjoying the lake camp site. At 3 p.m. we started cycling after having a big portion of French fries. The route was quite annoying today, lots of road work, a nasty had wind and traffic. Also a forest fire forced us to take another road than what we planned... We stopped at a fire station after 45 km of cycling and luckily received a room for ourselves. At night we witnessed (a false) fire alarm, which was quite exciting!
