Pokhara, Nepal - Polarsteps

I am used to riding somewhere and stumbling upon a river that is blocking the track but needs to be crossed in order continue the journey. What I'm not familiar with is riding that same river back and forth for 10+ times. Again I was hearing that magic phrase through my walkie-talkie: "Niek, we need to do this one more time. Over". With a smile from ear to ear it was suddenly my job to continuously cross that river again and again :-). When we finished the wet work, I was invited to casually sit under a huge tree where we did another interview. I was a bit more relaxed about it all so now I'm looking back at yet another very special day.
