Google Play Integrity
Verifies app and device integrity, such as by detecting tampering or fraud. This protects the App and users against abuse
Google Play In-App Update
Checks for updates and, if an update is available, shows the user update prompts so the user can update the App to the latest version
Airship
Manages and delivers push notifications and e-mail communications to users, and manages user settings for these functionalities
Braze
Manages and delivers push notifications and e-mail communications to users, and manages user settings for these functionalities
Mapbox
Provides the maps used in the App

These cookies help us improve our App, for instance by analyzing the amount of visitors, clicks and pageviews.

Tracks installation referrer parameters from Google Play to understand from which source or campaign the installation of the App originates
Mixpanel
Tracks user actions and properties to analyse how the App is used, in order to improve the App
Rudderstack
Tracks user actions and properties to analyse how the App is used, in order to improve the App. If the user has consented to this, the data can also be used for limited personalization of communication. For example, to inform the user about Travel Books after having completed a trip
AppsFlyer
Processes limited data to attribute installs/downloads to the App installation marketing campaigns to optimize marketing spend. With AppsFlyer, we can understand how many people have installed the App after seeing an App installation advertisement run by us on external platforms.
Iterate (Pickaxe)
Provides in-app surveys and collects the responses. With these responses, basic contextual data is collected such as the screen that the user was using. The data is used to understand user satisfaction, collect feedback, and improve the App
Firebase Analytics (Google)
Tracks user actions and properties to analyse how the App is used, in order to improve the App
Firebase Performance (Google)
Collects performance metrics, such as app starting time, screen load times, and network requests, to improve the speed and reliability of the App
Firebase Crashlytics (Google)
Collects crash logs and basic device and app context, such as the operating system name and version, the device model, and the app version, to identify and fix stability issues in the App
Firebase Remote Config (Google)
Stores and delivers remote configuration and feature flags, used to enable or disable features and run A/B tests based on aggregated behavior. This information is used to improve the App
Mapbox
Collects data about the usage of the map to improve the quality and performance of the map
