Phetchaburi, Thailand - Polarsteps

I quickly discovered Phetchaburi was not such a nice place as I thought it'd be and decided to only stay for one night instead of three. After a quick morning run I bought a train ticket and went up to the Khao Luang cave, a cave filled with Buddha statues. I had to walk up a hill to get to the cave, and it was crawling with monkeys! Fortunately, they were the first not aggressive monkeys I've seen during my travels, and going up hill was problem less. Although I had read stories about the cave not being a touristic place at all, when I arrived, there were hundreds of Asian tourists... I walked around for half an hour or so and went back to my hostel to get on the train and continue my journey... Of to Hua Hin!
