Lima, Peru - Polarsteps

We were picked up by family to go and see their local factory making all sorts of Peruvian sauces and spices. As it's a bit of a secret we can't show any pictures but it was very interesting to see (and to smell). They are moving to a bigger facility soon and it looks very impressive. As it's close to the beach and another family member had an apt we decided to drive through this area and to have lunch at one of their favorite places. For dessert we stopped ar a local market, I got some lucuma (fruit) and bought icecream as well that we ate at the apartment. After that we had a nice walk on the beach, looking at the surfers, seeing a lot of crabs hiding and Emma collecting more shells
