Aznalcázar, Spain - Polarsteps

Quick note: We know now about pine processionary caterpillars! The same day we wild-camped in a spot infested with them, my neck and arms broke into a brutal rash that wouldn't heal for nearly a week. I had no idea what was going on until months later when it came up randomly in conversation on the ferry out of Morocco; they're a serious thing in Europe and I was lucky to not also have respiratory symptoms from coming in contact with them.
