Cartagena, Colombia - Polarsteps

Bocagrande is a peninsula which ties into the historical centre of Cartagena. I walked from the Old City/Historical centre to the tip of the peninsula under the midday sun. Tall buildings and fancy hotels line the peninsula as do beach clubs. Either the peninsula is sinking or the sea rose cause the waves pour water into the flooded road.
