A priori, c'est un site classé par l'Unesco. Au soleil couchant la vue est jolie, sinon... ben question tombeaux et vue, y'en a plein d'autres, perdus dans les montagnes, mieux conservés et dans un cadre bien plus wouahouuu. Oui mais ceux-ci sont plus faciles d'accès donc mieux référencés et en les classant par l'Unesco, ça assure une promotion facile. Des tombeaux de ce style, en fait on en trouve un peu partout au Proche Orient. Essentiellement vers le IIIème millénaire avant JC, des nomades ou semi-nomades, souvent construits pour des familles entières, et l'ouverture vers le soleil couchant. In the setting sun, the view is pretty, but otherwise... well, as far as tombs and views go, there are plenty of others, lost in the mountains, better preserved and in much more stunning surroundings. Yes, but these are easier to get to, so they're better referenced and being classified by UNESCO ensures easy promotion. Tombs of this style can be found just about everywhere in the Near East. Essentially dating from around the 3rd millennium BC, they were built by nomads or semi-nomads, often for entire families, and opened up towards the setting sun. Rest in peace, you've got a nice view 😉
