j'aurai pu l'appeler aussi le Wadi Atout parce qu'il a plusieurs atouts à son arc et aussi because tu y trouves toutes les facettes d'un Wadi... il a tout, ci-après en point négatif et positif : ➖ un grand parking pour se garer sous la double voie quasi en bordure de mer, pas sexy, ➖ du monde, évidemment encore plus le week-end, vaut mieux y arriver très très tôt si tu veux avoir la belle et longue piscine pour toi (spèce d'égoïste va), ainsi que la fameuse caverne, ➖ attention un jeune local (cf photo) traîne sur le parking. Il n'hésite pas à faire des menus larcins. Nous l'avons choppé sur le vif, prévenu la police quelques jours après, inch'allah... ＋ accessible à tous véhicules, du fait de la présence de la double voie, même si tu es un bus c'est bon (pour une fois !) ＋ le mini-tour en barque pour 1 OMR/pax avec les nénuphars (le romantisme ne dure pas longtemps) ＋ falajs (pour mettre le petit canard dans l'eau et petites exploitations agricoles au début du wadi, ＋ la marche facile et jolie, environ 30 mn tanquilou en marche arrière ＋ les piscines faciles où tu es obligé de nager, interdit au masque et tuba, ＋ les nombreuses possibilités de prendre un chouia de hauteur pour sauter pour les débranchés du cerveau, ＋ le passage étroit, juste pour ta tète, long de quelques mètres. Impressionnant mais facile car court et possibilités de s'accrocher un peu, ＋ la "caverne" avec ses puits de jour et sa cascade 🤪, si tu es un poil téméraire, tu peux continuer un peu 😉 La balance ➖ ＋ est quand même plus plus favorable donc... nous sommes bien tombés, juste une grosse bande de jeunes omanais en mode surex. Attente et papotage dans un endroit sympa afin qu'ils prennent de l'avance et le tour est joué 😜. _______________________________________________ 👉 + photos et détails : https://www.magicargol.fr/carnet/oman/t/1402349 _______________________________________________ I could also have called it the Wadi Atout because it has several assets to its bow and also because you find there all the facets of a Wadi... it has everything, hereafter in negative and positive point: ➖ a large car park to park under the dual carriageway almost on the seafront, not sexy, ➖ crowded, obviously even more so at weekends, better get there very very early if you want to have the beautiful long swimming pool to yourself (you selfish bastard), as well as the famous cavern, ➖ watch out for a young local (see photo) hanging around in the car park. He's not above petty theft. We caught him on the spot, alerted the police a few days later, inch'allah... ＋ accessible to all vehicles, due to the presence of the dual carriageway, even if you're a bus it's fine (for once!) ＋ the mini-boat trip for 1 OMR/pax with the water lilies (the romance doesn't last long) ＋ falajs (to put the little duckling in the water and small farms at the beginning of the wadi, ＋ easy and pretty walk, about 30 mn tanquilou in reverse ＋ the easy pools where you are obliged to swim, no masks or snorkels allowed,＋ the many opportunities to get a bit of height to jump for the brainless,＋ the narrow passage, just for your head, a few metres long. Impressive but easy because it's short and you can hang on a bit, ＋ the "cavern" with its day wells and waterfall 🤪, if you're a hair reckless, you can carry on for a bit 😉 The balance ➖ ＋ is still more favourable so... we've fallen in nicely, just a big bunch of young Omanis in surex mode. Wait and chat in a nice spot so they get a head start and it's done 😜.
