très nombreux atouts pour ce wadi qui en fait donc un must d'Oman : sa taille, sa petiote route (no poids-lourds !) qui traverse des hameaux palmeraies, ça monte, ça descend et tout au bout un petit paradis de piscines naturelles et de cascade. ℹ️ Presque au bout de la route, un parking avec un grand arbre et des jeunes qui, moyennant quelques pièces, proposent de guider dans la palmeraie pour descendre aux cascades. Avec une bonne carte sur son mobile, c'est pas compliqué non plus. Sinon, suffit d'aller un peu plus loin au bout de la route et sur la gauche un escalier qui y descend 😉. Nous leur avons suggéré de faire une buvette, d'aménager un sentier sympa dans la palmeraie moyennant un petit € plutôt que de mendier leur service... inch'allah ! _______________________________________________ 👉 + photos et détails : https://www.magicargol.fr/carnet/oman/t/1397290 _______________________________________________ This wadi has many assets, making it a must-see in Oman: its size, its small road (no heavy goods vehicles!) through palm grove hamlets, its ups and downs and, at the very end, a small paradise of natural pools and waterfalls. ℹ️ Almost at the end of the road, there's a car park with a big tree and some young people who, for a few coins, offer to guide you through the palm grove and down to the waterfalls. With a good map on your mobile phone, it's not difficult either. Otherwise, just go a little further to the end of the road and there's a staircase down to the left 😉. We suggested they set up a refreshment stall and a nice path through the palm grove for a small € rather than beg for their services... inch'allah!
