Lago Argentino, Argentina - Polarsteps

Ice ice baby ❄️ Most visited tourist destination in Patagonia (2nd most visited for the whole of Argentina): the Perito Moreno glacier. Why? Well it's a super impressive moving glacier! While in Europe all glaciers are shrinking, this one is growing 2 meters (!!) everyday! Today we had the chance to stand in front of this huge mass of ice with its amazing colours and shapes. Because of the movement, caused by snow falling further up in the mountains, the ice is moving and breaks down in the lake in front of us. We saw massive blocks falling, which was accompanied by a rumble as if it were thunder. It was really stunning to look at this dramatic movements, so we just spend 4 hours watching :)
