Drake Passage, None - Polarsteps

The first two days of the voyage we spent on the Drake Passage🌊. We are praying for calm seas. However the Drake is known for its rough water also called the Drake shake🌀. But if you are lucky you can get the Drake lake🫧 (although some may argue that you would miss part of the experience). Our expedition guide called it moderate seas, none the less anti-seasickness pills were wildly used!💊 And the breakfast lounge was rather empty in the mornings.🥴 Everyday several lectures were given, so right now we know everything of cateceans🐋, penipeds🦭, seabirds🐦, southern sea traveling🧭, rocks🪨& ice❄️ and much more🌈! We also took the time to get to know each other a little bit more and together we form an awesome group of 11 folks that are all more or less on the same level of enjoying the scenery, wildlife and making most of this trip!! ❤️❤️❤️ -Thanks to Claudia for the wanderer and black-brow Albatrosses 🐦 -
