Mejía, Ecuador - Polarsteps

We head out towards the Cotopaxi volcano. We are at a very high altitude yet staring at a peak that is at 19,300 ft. This is one of the highest active volcanos in the world with recent eruptions in 2016. It is wide, craggy, open terrain with nothing for miles but the peak ahead of you.
