Torano Nuovo, Italy - Polarsteps

We stop, dine, and spend the night at an old organic winery, Emidio Pepe. This is a family business that still crushes the grapes with their feet. The location is stunning. As we dine by sunset old man Emidio comes out. This wine, which I have enjoyed in the US, can be a little pricey but now it comes with memories.
